- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible. Very Rude. Their face may break if they crack a smile. Very overpriced. If you are going to be that extravagantly priced...at least be friendly and make someone feel like they didnt just get completely ripped off. This store is a disgrace. I have no clue how they are still in business. It cost me $40 to ship a four pound item one city over. Does a box and peanuts really cost $20? Yep...it does there. Run people. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆This UPS Store has amazing customer service, as soon as I walked in the ladies greeted me. I went to drop off a return shipment and I honestly had no clue what I was doing. But the woman there made this the quickest and easiest experience of my life! She didn't try to up-sell me on anything and I was in and out in less than five minutes, much better than the USPS. A quality place that I'll be sure to keep using! I don't know about the other reviews but I've been there a few times now and I'm still impressed with the warm welcoming and efficient service from the ladies.
